Kodibri provides a suite of secure, reliable software platforms designed to help businesses operate with integrity and efficiency. Our commitment is to offer intuitive and powerful tools that respect your time and data.

Every new company account on any of our products begins with a 30-day, full-featured free trial. No credit card is required to start. You can explore all features to ensure it's the right fit for your business before committing.

Our services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). We use Stripe, a secure and trusted third-party, to handle all payments; we never store your credit card details. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from your account settings.

Our prices are exclusive of any sales taxes, Value-Added Tax (VAT), or other governmental levies, which are your responsibility. As a U.S.-based company providing digital services to businesses, we operate under the principle that the customer is responsible for accounting for their local taxes. For customers in the European Union, this is handled via the Reverse Charge Mechanism. We will issue invoices on the presumption that you are a business entity responsible for your own tax obligations.

You agree not to use our services for any illegal activities. As a product of a U.S. company, you are responsible for complying with all U.S. export controls and economic sanctions laws. You may not access or use our service if you are located in a U.S.-embargoed country or are on a U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Your data is yours. We rely on enterprise-grade infrastructure (like Supabase on AWS) for world-class security and backups. While we cannot be held liable for their service disruptions, we are committed to working with them to restore service and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

To provide a clear legal framework, these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
